CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH
Meet Jamie Roberts
Jamie’s health journey began over two years ago when, in mid-2022, she turned to DelRae for help gaining muscle and toning in a sustainable way. Along the way, she discovered more than just physical results—she found resilience, balance, and a passion for prioritizing her health.
As a busy mom, Jamie understands the challenges of putting yourself first. She’s now dedicated, as a coach, to helping other women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident by embracing progress over perfection and building habits that last.
Jamie is thrilled to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to Next Door Coaching and looks forward to helping you on your journey!

What did you learn from working with DelRae that inspired you to join Next Door Coaching and help other women?
Working with DelRae taught me the value of resilience and consistency, even during life's ups and downs. There were times when I was diligent with tracking macros and other times when I wasn't as consistent. What I learned is that it's okay to have those moments—as long as you have the motivation and a strong support system to get back on track. Having guidance and knowing that it's okay to enjoy occasional indulgences, like a "cheat meal," helped me stay balanced. Joining Next Door Coaching allows me to share my journey and let other busy moms know they’re not alone. With the right support and advice, they can find their own balance, too.
What are you looking forward to most about helping other women with their health journeys?
What excites me most is the opportunity to connect with other busy moms who face the same challenges I do. Knowing that I’ve been in their shoes—and still am—helps me relate to their struggles. I’m looking forward to growing alongside them as we prioritize our health and learn to take care of ourselves so we can better care for our families.
If you could give one piece of advice to a busy mom just starting to prioritize her health, what would it be?
My advice is to embrace imperfection. It’s okay to have a rough day—what matters is remembering that every new day is an opportunity to start fresh. Give yourself grace and keep moving forward.
What’s your go-to healthy meal or snack that’s quick and easy for busy days?
My favorite healthy snack is dark chocolate hummus paired with fruit or half a bagel. It satisfies my chocolate cravings while providing a healthy fat, making it both indulgent and nutritious.
What’s something fun or unexpected about you that people wouldn’t guess?
One thing people might not expect is that my family and I love having Nerf gun dart wars when the house is clean. It’s a blast—literally—and brings everyone together for laughs, even if we’re finding darts around the house for months afterward! Another unexpected hobby of mine is black powder shooting. I’ve even participated in rendezvous events where we dressed in period attire, lived in teepees, and practiced archery. It’s an adventurous way to connect with history and nature.

Meet Twahna Hamill
Twahna's transformative health journey began at the beginning of 2023, when she reached out to DelRae, looking for guidance and accountability to help her lose some weight, gain energy, and reconnect with herself again. Through consistency, determination, and a mindset shift, she has not only gained strength and confidence but also learned the value of patience and self-compassion. Additionally, she lost over 20lbs and 13 inches while gaining muscle! She now approaches health as a journey, not a race, and believes that progress is built on showing up—even after the not-so-good days.
As a coach and busy mom, Twahna is passionate about simplifying wellness and providing encouragement to busy moms. Having experienced how overwhelming conflicting health advice can be, her mission is to guide women toward their goals with clear, practical steps. Her favorite reminder for moms? Prioritizing yourself isn’t selfish—it’s essential.
Twahna is excited to bring her knowledge, passion, and positivity to Next Door Coaching and can’t wait to help other women feel empowered, healthy, and confident.

What did you learn from working with DelRae that inspired you to join Next Door Coaching and help other women?
Man, I learned a lot! I’d have to say the biggest takeaway was creating a new mindset. Through check-ins and chats with Delrae, I discovered the need to be patient with the process, to cultivate compassion for myself through life’s challenges, and to be consistent; taking steps no matter how small.
What are you looking forward to most about helping other women with their health journeys?
I’m excited to provide simplicity and encouragement. These are two factors I did not see enough in other wellness spaces. A mass amount of knowledge was available, but it became difficult to determine what direction to take. I noticed most information included overtraining and lacked nutritional support. The messaging became conflicting and overcomplicated.
If you could give one piece of advice to a busy mom just starting to prioritize her health, what would it be?
Prioritize YOU, it is not selfish. When wellness is efficient, it benefits your life as well as those around you.
What’s your go-to healthy meal or snack that’s quick and easy for busy days?
Elite core powers for a quick save!
For homemade meals, I love a quick taco bowl: beef/chicken/shrimp, rice, avocado & cheese, topped with salsa or Valentina hot sauce, scrumptious!
What’s something fun or unexpected about you that people wouldn’t guess?
Hmmm…usually people seem to be surprised by my experiences involving music. I have written rap lyrics, created song concepts, and songs in different genres. Not many know this, but I even stepped in the studio once or twice for fun, shhh;)
